You may have noticed over the summer that work has paused on the development in Whiteabbey Village. Well…appearances can be deceiving! Its true the housing market has taken some pretty major hits over the last year or so and we’ve all had to learn some lessons.

That being said, Loughshore Courtyard has been having a complete relaunch! Prices have fallen and both apartments and townhouses are selling FAST! We’re amazed at how many of you have called in at the site to make enquiries and even put down your deposits!

Welcome to our brand new website. Over the last few months we’ve had people saying they’ve seen our vans or sites and then gone to check out the website, so we thought we better give it a facelift! With the help of our talented web designer, we’ve come up with all this!!

For the last year we’ve been working around the Whiteabbey/Jordanstown area. The village is one of those places where everybody knows everybody else and we’ve loved being part of that!
